We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at our iconic Hamburg location. As a Cashier, you will be the final point of contact for many of our esteemed customers, especially our international clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately process transactions while providing friendly and professional service in English. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive shopping experience for tourists visiting our store.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods with precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries in English.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
• Process returns, exchanges, and gift card purchases according to company policy.
• Assist with basic product information and direct customers to appropriate departments when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and store operations.
• Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international customers.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
