Are you an ambitious student with a passion for finance and a keen analytical mind? UBS AG is offering an exciting internship opportunity within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at our Corporate Headquarters. This role provides an invaluable chance to gain hands-on experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis within a leading global financial institution. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to critical financial decisions and strategic initiatives.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends in financial performance.
• Support the creation of management reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather data and insights for financial models.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in a finance or analytical role is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
