Join the Bally team in Carouge as a Shoebox Assembler! We are looking for meticulous and efficient individuals to play a crucial role in preparing our luxury footwear for distribution. This is an essential hands-on position that contributes directly to the presentation and quality of our products. While precision and attention to detail are key, prior experience is not strictly required, and fluency in German is not a prerequisite for this role. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately assemble shoeboxes according to Bally's quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect boxes for defects or damage before assembly and escalate issues as needed.
• Organize and prepare assembled boxes for the packaging department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Assist with other general warehouse or packaging duties as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
