We are seeking enthusiastic and physically fit individuals to join our team as Wheat Harvest Helpers for the upcoming season. This temporary position is crucial to our operations, involving various tasks associated with the wheat harvest process. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent English speaking skills are required to ensure clear communication within our diverse team and adherence to safety protocols. Experience in agriculture is a plus, but not strictly necessary as training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of harvesting equipment under supervision.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing fields, bagging wheat, and general farm maintenance.
• Help with the loading and unloading of harvested wheat.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines on the farm.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely harvest completion.
• Adhere to all quality control standards for harvested crops.
