Stellenbeschreibung

Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Negotiator (English) to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Austria. As a Contract Negotiator, you will be instrumental in safeguarding Deloitte’s interests by skillfully drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, ensuring all agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong legal acumen, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensuring all contractual terms comply with legal standards, company policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborating with legal counsel, sales, procurement, and other internal departments to align contract terms with business objectives.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies during contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases.
  • Providing expert guidance and support on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring contract performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional drafting abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM) or legal project management.
  • Prior experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
