Join Jowa AG as a Bakery Factory Worker in Rapperswil-Jona! We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to become a vital part of our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking stable employment in a dynamic food production environment. No prior German language skills are required, as we have a multicultural team and provide necessary training in English or through visual aids. Your main duties will involve assisting in various stages of the bakery production process, ensuring the efficient and hygienic creation of our beloved products.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor bakery machinery under supervision.
• Prepare ingredients, ensuring correct measurements and quality.
• Load and unload ovens, proofers, and other equipment.
• Package finished bakery products efficiently and according to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist with general tasks in the production line as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
