Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an innovative and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Berlin. As a key member of our English-speaking digital agency, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for a variety of digital products, from web platforms to mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity user interface mockups and prototypes across multiple platforms.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and justify design decisions effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience with design systems and atomic design methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
