Are you passionate about the startup ecosystem and eager to play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of tech innovators? Techstars is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Accelerator Program Coordinator to join our team in Basel. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our accelerator program, ensuring its smooth operation from recruitment through to demo day and beyond. You will work closely with program managers, mentors, and founders, providing administrative and logistical support, facilitating communication, and contributing to an inspiring environment where startups can thrive. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist with the planning and execution of all program activities, including workshops, mentor meetings, pitch sessions, and networking events.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for program participants, mentors, and guest speakers.
- Support the startup recruitment and selection process, including outreach, application review, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate program data, participant records, and communication channels.
- Coordinate program-related communications, ensuring timely and clear information flow to all stakeholders.
- Onboard and offboard program participants, providing necessary resources and support.
- Manage program budgets, expense tracking, and vendor relationships.
- Contribute to building a vibrant and supportive community among founders, mentors, and alumni.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, startups, and innovation.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or administrative support, preferably within a startup, tech, or venture capital environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools.
- Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
