We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Legal Consultant to join our dynamic legal team in Munich. This hybrid role requires a strong command of English, both written and spoken, to support our international projects and legal matters. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, conduct research, and assist in drafting various legal documents, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in English.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to international law, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments and international offices to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, providing updates and recommendations.
• Support the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, offering legal insights and guidance.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with exceptional drafting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in technology, industrial manufacturing, or a related sector.
• Knowledge of German law or experience working in a German legal context.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German.
• Experience with international commercial contracts and cross-border transactions.
