Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer – Staff Development to join our Human Resources team in Ismaning. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult learning principles, skilled in various instructional design methodologies, and capable of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will play a crucial role in our talent development strategy, ensuring our employees are equipped with the competencies needed to excel in their roles and contribute to Allianz’s strategic objectives.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, materials, and learning aids using a variety of instructional methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended, e-learning).
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with participants.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in learning and development, integrating innovative solutions into our training offerings.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to individual employees or teams as needed to support their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and completion.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Staff Developer, or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in various learning methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or corporate training (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and practices.
