We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, and a passion for data analysis and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product teams, sales, and creative teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement, contributing directly to our growth objectives.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), programmatic advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, product, sales) to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate new channels and strategies to expand our reach and acquire new customers efficiently.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing large-scale digital campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook Business Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive growth and ROI targets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Advanced understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

- Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
