We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team in Samedan, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies according to specifications. This position requires strong manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in English is essential for following instructions and collaborating with colleagues.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled units to identify and correct defects.
• Operate light machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or process issues to immediate supervisor.
