We are seeking an accomplished and discreet Butler/Household Manager to oversee all aspects of a prestigious private residence in Döbling, Vienna. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the household, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and comfort for the principals and their guests. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a strong background in luxury hospitality or private household management.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage and supervise all household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and security personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling and performance.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including liaising with contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and routine servicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the principals, anticipating their needs and ensuring all requests are met with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Manage household budgets, expenditures, and inventory, providing regular reports to the principals.
• Coordinate and supervise special events, dinner parties, and private functions held at the residence.
• Ensure security protocols and systems are meticulously maintained and followed.
• Manage principal's wardrobes, including care, packing, and organization.
• Oversee travel arrangements and itineraries for the principals when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the principals at all times.
• Implement and maintain impeccable household standards, including cleanliness, service, and presentation.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Butler or Household Manager in a high-profile private residence or luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing household staff.

• Profound knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
