We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Can Lid Operator to join our production team in Sursee. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery that produces lids for paint cans, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position is vital to our manufacturing process, and we welcome applicants who are proficient in English, regardless of prior specific experience in lid operation, as full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor automated machinery used in the production of paint can lids.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Accurately complete production logs and other required documentation.
