Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Switzerland, requiring excellent English communication skills. As a Risk Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating various risks across our operations. You will work closely with different business units to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, contributing significantly to our robust risk framework. Your expertise will help protect our firm’s assets, reputation, and client interests in a constantly evolving financial landscape.

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on risk-related matters to stakeholders.
• Participate in incident management and crisis response planning.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes in risk management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement robust risk frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
