Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the agricultural sector in Austria? Agrana Beteiligungs-AG is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Agricultural Field Hands to join our team in Graz. No prior German language skills are required for this role – your dedication and willingness to learn are what matter most. This is an on-site, full-time position crucial to the success of our crop production.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform various manual tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and pruning.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist with irrigation systems, including setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment.
• Load and unload agricultural products and supplies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment and facilities.
• Report any issues with crops, machinery, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
