Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to kickstart your career in the technology sector? Salesforce is seeking a proactive Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a remote-first environment with a leading global tech company. You will learn the fundamentals of the sales cycle, develop valuable communication skills, and contribute to real-world projects that impact our business. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from Merseburg and collaborate with a global team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Learn to use CRM tools (Salesforce, of course) to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions.
  • Shadow senior sales representatives during calls and demonstrations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategies.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to understand campaign effectiveness and lead generation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in sales, technology, and customer relationship management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program (any discipline).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts or prior exposure to Salesforce.
  • Experience with other sales or marketing tools.
  • Fluency in German is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
