We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Laboratory Technician – Clinical Support to join our dynamic team in Weimar. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in supporting clinical operations by performing a variety of laboratory tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of diagnostic processes. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and process patient samples, ensuring proper identification and handling.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, documenting all maintenance activities.
• Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Document all test results accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to quality control guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless support for diagnostic services.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality assurance protocols within the laboratory environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Biomedical Scientist (BMS), or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of German and English languages (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with automated laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of quality management systems in a clinical laboratory (e.g., ISO 15189).
• Familiarity with Siemens Healthineers diagnostic platforms.
• Basic IT skills for data entry and system navigation.
