Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Chili Pepper Pickers to join our agricultural team in Leonding for the upcoming harvesting season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are detail-oriented, and can perform physically demanding tasks. Previous experience is a plus, but not strictly required – a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are what we value most. English speakers are welcome!
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Harvesting chili peppers by hand according to quality standards and picking guidelines.
- Carefully inspecting peppers for ripeness, damage, and disease.
- Placing harvested peppers into designated containers, ensuring minimal bruising.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area in the fields.
- Following all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily picking targets.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills; English proficiency is a plus and welcome.

- Previous experience in agricultural work, fruit picking, or similar outdoor labor.
