Are you an ambitious, English-speaking individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity in the IT sector? Hays is seeking a dedicated Remote IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier IT professionals with our diverse client base across Germany and internationally. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to understand job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage job postings and advertising on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for professional communication.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with international recruitment.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
