Embark on an accelerated career path with Hofer KG’s Trainee: Management Development Program – Fast Track. Over an 18-24 month period, you will gain hands-on experience across various facets of our business, including store operations, logistics, supply chain, and strategic planning. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Shadow and support store managers in day-to-day operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Learn and implement Hofer's operational standards and best practices across different departments.
• Participate in regional and national projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage small teams and delegate tasks effectively to achieve operational goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Complete structured training modules and assessments to track progress and development.
