We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hybrid Clinical Trial Manager to join our innovative team in the Pharma Sector. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, allowing you to combine on-site collaboration in Pontresina with remote work, optimizing productivity and work-life balance. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and oversight of assigned clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Roche’s high-quality standards. You will lead cross-functional study teams, manage external vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of the trials. Your leadership will drive the successful delivery of clinical milestones and contribute directly to bringing life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of assigned clinical trials from study start-up to close-out within budget and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional study teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and accountability.
• Oversee the selection and management of Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and other external vendors, monitoring their performance and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
• Develop, review, and approve study-related documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports.
• Ensure all trial activities comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Roche's standard operating procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure data integrity and patient safety.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and challenges, escalating to senior management as appropriate.
• Manage study budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA/EMA regulations, and other relevant clinical research standards.
• Proven experience in managing global or multi-national clinical trials.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and standard office software.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, PharmD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in a specific therapeutic area relevant to Roche (e.g., Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology).
• Familiarity with hybrid clinical trial models, including remote monitoring and decentralized trial components.
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, PMP).
• Fluency in German or Italian, in addition to English, is a plus due to the location.
