We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Flight Dynamics Engineer to join our innovative team in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be instrumental in the analysis, simulation, and optimization of aircraft flight performance and control systems for various Airbus programs. You will work within an international team, requiring strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively across different departments and global partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the entire lifecycle of our cutting-edge aerospace products, from conceptual design through flight testing and operational support.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, analyze, and validate flight dynamics models for various aircraft configurations.
• Conduct performance analysis, including stability, control, and handling qualities assessments.
• Support flight test campaigns by preparing predictions, analyzing data, and contributing to post-flight reports.
• Collaborate with design, aerodynamics, systems, and controls engineering teams to integrate flight dynamics considerations into aircraft development.
• Utilize specialized simulation software and develop custom tools for flight dynamics analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on flight dynamics aspects.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and internal company standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the flight dynamics department.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
• Strong understanding of aircraft flight mechanics, aerodynamics, and control theory.
• Experience with flight dynamics modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C++).
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw sound engineering conclusions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Flight Dynamics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with real-time simulation environments and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Knowledge of flight test instrumentation and data analysis techniques.
• Prior experience working on commercial aircraft or military aircraft programs.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
