We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Inventory Checker to join our team in Meyrin, Geneva. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our warehouse inventory records through regular checks, counts, and reconciliation. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to maintain precise stock levels, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory checks of stock items within the warehouse.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound goods.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed, with proper training.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize inventory accuracy processes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management software or data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 15 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to upholding safety and operational standards.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role.
• Familiarity with modern warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
