Stellenbeschreibung

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the English market, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by identifying and qualifying potential customers for HubSpot’s industry-leading software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in tech sales within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with leads, and demonstrating the value of HubSpot products, ultimately scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Oldenburg, Germany, provided you have a stable internet connection and a conducive home office setup. You will be joining a collaborative team, receive extensive training, and have clear paths for career progression within HubSpot’s global sales organization.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential customers (SMB to Mid-Market businesses) in the English-speaking market.
  • Utilize various sales tools and platforms (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation) to generate new leads and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, understanding their business challenges and pain points.
  • Articulate HubSpot's value proposition clearly and compellingly to secure interest and scheduled meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about HubSpot products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency is a must).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also being a strong team player.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and a keen interest in technology or SaaS.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, social selling) and handling objections.
  • Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
