Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a motivated Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our Financial Reporting team in Düsseldorf. This is an excellent opportunity for a student eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic global financial institution. You will support the team in preparing financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal analyses. Fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus but not strictly required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about finance and eager to learn.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the preparation and review of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Support the team with data collection, analysis, and reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to the compilation of regulatory reports in accordance with relevant standards.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to financial reporting and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of IFRS and HGB accounting principles.
• Previous internship or work student experience in a financial environment.
• Knowledge of German (written and spoken).
