Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer / Animator to join our dynamic in-house marketing and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including our website, social media channels, internal communications, and digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with content creators, marketing specialists, and brand managers to translate complex concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand animated content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation principles, and visual storytelling.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and create compelling motion graphics and animations for a range of digital platforms (web, social media, apps, internal comms).
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to conceptualize and develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure all animated content is delivered on time, meets high-quality standards, and is optimized for various digital formats.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software, and best practices in motion design and animation to continuously enhance our visual output.
• Manage and organize project files, assets, and libraries efficiently.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to elevate our visual storytelling capabilities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to create engaging motion graphics from concept to final delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of motion design and animation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Familiarity with financial services industry or experience in corporate environments.
• Knowledge of other video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Ability to speak German is a plus, but not required for this English-speaking environment role.
