Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive significant business growth and market expansion for our cutting-edge solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (e.g., technology vendors, system integrators, resellers) that align with Dynatrace’s business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and go-to-market plans to maximize partner performance and revenue generation.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring mutual success and alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for Dynatrace.
  • Represent Dynatrace at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our brand and solutions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the tech industry.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software intelligence, cloud computing, or enterprise software landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SaaS or PaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Austrian or European tech market.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
