We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager (English) to join our growing remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Germany. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and maximize ROI across various product categories. Your expertise in managing affiliate programs and your proficiency in English will be crucial in expanding our reach and strengthening our partnerships.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners globally.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools, support, and incentives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends, optimizing campaigns, and reporting on key metrics.
• Negotiate commission rates and terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate technologies.
• Manage affiliate budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial parameters.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across all affiliate activities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or online comparison environment.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
