Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive significant change within our clients‘ IT organizations. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping IT strategy, fostering agile adoption, and enabling our clients to deliver value faster and more efficiently. You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and engineering groups to implement scalable agile frameworks and practices. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-level agile methodologies, change management, and a proven track record of successful transformations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage end-to-end agile transformations for client IT departments, from strategy formulation to execution.
• Coach and mentor senior leadership, product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on agile principles, practices, and mindset.
• Design and implement tailored agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) that align with client business objectives and culture.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new agile ways of working.
• Assess current organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for agile maturity.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement and learning.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile initiatives and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for agile best practices within client organizations and the broader community.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in agile leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on agile transformation at an enterprise level.
• Proven expertise in various agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP).
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, software development lifecycle, and product management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and overcome organizational resistance.
• Experience with agile scaling frameworks and their practical application.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing consulting environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar.
• Experience in a consulting environment with multiple clients across different industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and their integration with agile methodologies.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
