We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Baden-Baden, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy agricultural machines, ensuring optimal performance for all farming activities. This role involves meticulous machine operation, routine maintenance, and accurate record-keeping, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency and harvest success.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate a range of heavy agricultural machinery, including tractors, combine harvesters, seeders, sprayers, and cultivation equipment.
• Perform pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings as necessary, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including fuel consumption, hours of operation, and field conditions.
• Communicate effectively with farm management and fellow team members regarding operational progress, challenges, and scheduling.
• Assist with general farm duties and manual labor as required during off-peak seasons or as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) operating heavy agricultural machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of agricultural practices, crop cycles, and land preparation techniques.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid driver's license suitable for operating agricultural vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, often during long hours and varying weather conditions.
