Join Swiss International Air Lines as an essential Airline Ground Staff member at our airport location. You will be a vital part of our operational team, ensuring smooth and efficient ground operations for flights and providing excellent service to our passengers. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of safety and customer satisfaction, working in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
• Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Provide clear and friendly communication to passengers regarding flight information, delays, and gate changes.
• Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other ground services to ensure timely departures.
• Manage passenger queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Operate ground service equipment as required (with appropriate training).
• Ensure the safety and security of all ground operations.
• Process special requests, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers requiring assistance.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and lift baggage as required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

• Valid Swiss driver's license (Category B).
