Join our agricultural team as an Alfalfa Field Worker in the beautiful region of Wilten, Innsbruck! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to contribute to the successful cultivation and harvesting of alfalfa, a crucial crop for animal feed and soil health. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn about modern farming techniques. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform manual tasks such as planting, weeding, and thinning alfalfa crops.
- Operate and maintain various farm machinery, including tractors, mowers, and balers (training provided).
- Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution to fields.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
- Participate in harvesting operations, including cutting, raking, and baling alfalfa.
- Conduct routine field maintenance, including fence repair and debris removal.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding outdoor work.
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
