We are actively seeking a dedicated and engaging English Native Babysitter for a wonderful expat family residing in Freiberg, Saxony. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking for part-time work that fits around their schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive and engaging care for their children, fostering a positive and stimulating environment. The family values a reliable, warm, and proactive individual who can become a trusted part of their children’s routine.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities, including playtime, reading, and creative projects.
- Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with light meal preparation and feeding for the children.
- Maintain a tidy and organized children's play area.
- Follow the family's routines and preferences regarding childcare.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's activities and any observations.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 1 year of proven childcare experience with verifiable references
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and responsibility
- Genuine love for children and ability to create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Formal childcare qualifications (e.g., Nanny diploma, early childhood education certification)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (child-specific)
- Clean driving license and access to a car (not strictly required but a plus)
- Knowledge of basic German language is an advantage but not essential
