We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bell Pepper Harvesting Operatives. This vital role involves the careful and efficient harvesting of bell peppers in our state-of-the-art agricultural facilities near Göttingen. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce, contributing to the success of our supply chain. No prior experience is strictly necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest bell peppers according to quality standards and operational guidelines.
• Identify and select ripe produce, ensuring minimal damage during picking.
• Assist with sorting, packing, and preparing harvested bell peppers for transport.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols within the farm environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to agricultural practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Basic understanding of English for communication and following instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to specific facilities, e.g., poly-tunnels).
