We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Boutique Assistant to join our esteemed team in Hamburg. This role is crucial for delivering an unparalleled luxury shopping experience, maintaining the impeccable standards of our boutique, and supporting our sales associates. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury goods, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client service and operational support.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival, offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist sales associates with various tasks, including product retrieval, wrapping, and processing transactions.
• Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the boutique floor, display areas, and back-of-house.
• Support inventory management through accurate stock counts, organization, and replenishment.
• Handle client inquiries and provide preliminary information about products and services.
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, embodying the Maison's values.
• Proactively identify and address client needs to enhance their overall experience.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine passion for luxury goods and client service excellence.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
