We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong IT background to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main. As a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT solutions. Your role will involve understanding client needs, analyzing existing systems, designing new processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
• Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure solutions align with overall business strategy and IT architecture.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of specific industry domains (e.g., Financial Services, Automotive, Public Sector).
