We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in Berlin. As an English Native SDR, you will be instrumental in driving Personio’s growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and building the initial pipeline for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills to kickstart or accelerate their career in SaaS sales. You will be at the forefront of our market expansion, connecting with key decision-makers and articulating the value of our innovative HR platform.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities (email, phone, social selling) to identify and engage with potential customers in target markets.
  • Research prospective companies and contacts to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they align with Personio's ideal customer profile.
  • Articulate Personio's value proposition effectively and passionately to generate interest and secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Continuously learn about Personio's product, the HR tech landscape, and sales best practices.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive and high-performance sales culture.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Native English proficiency, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales, with a track record of being goal-oriented and persistent.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with HR or business leaders.
  • Familiarity with the European market and business culture.
