We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cereal Packing Operative to join our manufacturing team in Bad Cannstatt, Stuttgart. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in a dynamic food production environment. No prior German language skills are required, as our team is diverse and supportive. You will be responsible for ensuring our cereal products are packed efficiently and to the highest quality standards, contributing directly to our mission of delivering delicious and nutritious food to consumers.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate packing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor product quality and packaging integrity, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Perform routine checks and minor adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Load raw materials and packaging supplies onto production lines.
• Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or food production environment.
• Familiarity with food safety (HACCP) or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Forklift certification (not essential, but a plus).
