Stellenbeschreibung

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Morges. This role is critical for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats and security incidents across our global infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in protecting our sensitive data and systems, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining the trust of our clients. This is an immediate hire position, requiring someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to our robust security posture from day one.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Monitor security systems for anomalies, alerts, and potential threats using SIEM tools and other security technologies.
• Conduct thorough incident response, including investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of our infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance our security defenses.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to internal staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical security incident response.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud security principles (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys) and penetration testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. German or French is a plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GIAC certifications (GCIH, GCIA, GSEC), or CISSP.

• Prior experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR or Swiss data protection laws.
