We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Care Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our English-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. No German language skills are required for this position; your excellent English communication will be your key asset. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in English.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues related to orders, products, deliveries, returns, and payments.
- Provide accurate information regarding Zalando's products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments (e.g., logistics, tech) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices to improve overall customer service.
