We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in Vienna. This role is crucial for optimizing our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of international shipments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, e-commerce fulfillment, and excellent communication skills in English to liaise with international partners and stakeholders.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement robust e-commerce logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for e-commerce shipments, from warehousing to last-mile delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to integrate e-commerce solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to prevent disruptions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience in e-commerce logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficiency with logistics software and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
