Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Intern to support our global learning initiatives. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to humanitarian efforts by assisting in the development and delivery of English language educational resources for our field staff and volunteers. The intern will play a crucial role in enhancing learning accessibility and effectiveness, helping to empower our teams to better serve vulnerable populations worldwide. This is a unique chance to gain practical experience within a leading international NGO.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the research, development, and curation of English language educational materials.
• Support the localization and adaptation of existing learning content for diverse cultural contexts.
• Help manage and update educational platforms and online learning repositories.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on English course materials for accuracy and linguistic clarity.
• Provide administrative support for educational workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with education specialists and other departments to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Contribute to reports on educational program effectiveness and participant feedback.
• Support communication efforts related to learning opportunities within the organization.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interest in humanitarian work, education, or international development.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Education, Linguistics, International Relations, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Experience in content creation, editing, or proofreading.
• Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese).
