We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speaking Ethical AI Policy Advisor to join our forward-thinking team in Coburg. This hybrid role is crucial for ensuring that Bosch’s cutting-edge AI technologies are developed and deployed in alignment with the highest ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and societal expectations. You will work at the intersection of technology, law, and ethics, influencing the development of responsible AI policies and practices across our diverse product portfolio. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and review internal policies and guidelines related to ethical AI development and deployment.
• Monitor global AI ethics regulations and policy developments, advising internal teams on compliance and strategic implications.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, product, and research teams to integrate ethical AI principles into the AI lifecycle.
• Conduct ethical impact assessments for new AI products and features.
• Represent Bosch in relevant industry forums, conferences, and standardization bodies on AI ethics and policy.
• Educate and train internal stakeholders on ethical AI principles and best practices.
• Contribute to Bosch's public position papers and thought leadership on responsible AI.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications.
• Proven experience in policy development, ethics, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the technology sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Familiarity with global AI ethics guidelines (e.g., EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles, UNESCO Recommendations).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in German is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with multinational corporations.
• Track record of publishing or presenting on topics related to AI ethics or policy.
