We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Speaking Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Greifswald. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and exceptional communication abilities in English. You will be instrumental in optimizing our distribution network and managing a dedicated team of logistics professionals.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage and motivate a team of logistics personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize warehouse space, and oversee stock control procedures.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and customers in English.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.
• Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international communication.
• Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, transportation, and inventory control principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• German language skills are a plus, but not required.
