We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speaking Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic global team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of attracting top talent. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional candidates for various roles across our European operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent sourcing.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and social media, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best recruitment practices.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with various sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

- Experience recruiting for roles within the IT consulting, technology, or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with European labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
