We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically-minded English Speaking Sports Performance Data Analyst to join our team in Bern. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for sports with advanced data analysis techniques, directly impacting athlete performance and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with sports scientists, coaches, and technical staff to collect, process, and interpret complex sports performance data, providing actionable insights that drive competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various sports, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to athlete performance, training loads, and competition outcomes.
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to identify key performance indicators and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing complex data, making it accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Provide expert consultation and present data-driven insights to coaches, sports scientists, and management.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve data collection methods and develop new analytical tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance strategies based on data analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports science, data analytics, and related technologies.
