We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Water Purification Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geneva. This hybrid role requires a professional with a solid background in water treatment technologies and a passion for environmental sustainability. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing water purification systems for various industrial and municipal clients. The position offers a blend of on-site project work and remote flexibility, allowing you to contribute to critical projects while maintaining work-life balance. You will work within a collaborative international environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver clean water solutions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and optimize water purification processes and systems, including filtration, disinfection, and advanced oxidation technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and detailed engineering for water treatment projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery from conception to completion.
• Provide technical support and expertise during the installation, commissioning, and operational phases of water treatment plants.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in water purification.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment engineering, with a focus on purification processes.
• Strong knowledge of various water treatment technologies (e.g., reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, UV disinfection, activated carbon).
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international collaboration and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and water quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote work.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for system design.
• Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software.
• Prior experience working on international water treatment projects.
