We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Coordinator to join our transport hub in Hamm. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of our fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring seamless logistics operations. You will play a key part in optimizing routes, scheduling maintenance, and maintaining compliance with transport regulations, contributing directly to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the vehicle fleet and drivers.
• Optimize routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international transport regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, operations staff, and external service providers.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.
