We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Fruit Harvesting Workers to join our team for the upcoming season in Sion, Valais. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. As an English Speaking Fruit Harvesting Worker, you will play a vital role in carefully picking and preparing a variety of fruits, ensuring only the highest quality produce reaches our customers. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully pick a variety of fruits (e.g., apples, pears, apricots) by hand, following specific guidelines to prevent damage.
• Sort harvested fruits based on quality, size, and ripeness, discarding any unsuitable produce.
• Pack fruits into designated containers or crates, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
• Transport filled containers to collection points within the orchard or farm.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards on the farm.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members under the supervision of a team leader.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 15 kg), and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
